TKS Venture Holdings is a family owned and operated coaching and creative workshop firm.
We specialize in business brokerage, with an emphasis on business development, exit strategy, and sell side representation.
We also specialize in life coaching and puzzle solving to include financial, career, emotional, spiritual, and creative coaching sessions.
TKS also provides creative workshops for individuals interested in screenwriting and filmmaking. Workshops run all year long in 12-week sessions.
For individuals who are having a hard time emotionally dealing with either current or past events in your life that took a toll, whether it was a divorce, loss of a loved one, change in job status, or many other events, we have a Music & Memory workshop that will guide you through steps on how to process these events better.

We learned a long time ago that whoever gets to the truth first wins. Our style is up-front, creative, and action oriented.
We have a free consultation session where we determine the areas you desire coaching in. We set up a fee structure based on your time and budget.
We prefer in-person meetings but will accommodate with phone or zoom time as well.
We set achievable goals so we can mark our progress and have criteria we set down in the initial consult that will be followed.
We do give out homework and tasks to be completed between coaching sessions.

From the time we could imagine, our minds created a picture of what we wanted our life to look like. Now that image changed as we grew older, to what degree it changed only you know. Life has a way of mixing our pieces up.
We are all trying to solve our own life’s puzzle. Our desire is to pull a chair up to the table with you and help you put the pieces together the way you see it in your imaginations and dreams.
If we can coach you in whatever area needs the most pieces, and help you find the ones that fit together, then we will be succeeding at our puzzle as well. Puzzles take time, patience and people.
