Help Us, Help You, Solve the Puzzle.

  Our life can seem like one big puzzle. The picture is clear of what we want, but putting the pieces together correctly to solve that picture can be frustrating. It can take longer than we hoped for. Some parts of the picture are easier than others. Sometimes things look like they fit, but nevertheless we have the wrong piece.

There is a method to solving a puzzle and we need to set aside time for our own sanity to figure out the best way to solve our puzzle. We need time, resources and loved ones around us to have a second pair of eyes. 

TKS desires to stand next to you and help you complete your puzzle. Decide the best plan of action to solve each section and decide which ones you should begin with. No matter what stage of the puzzle you are in, we can work with you and help make sure the picture you are trying to create has all the pieces it needs to be solved.

  We all believe in something, even if your belief is that there is nothing after death, you are believing in a “nothing.” When it comes to our spirituality or what we put our faith in daily, understanding completely what that looks like is crucial. 

Our spiritual life touches every aspect of our existence and is involved in all our decisions. How we choose friends, relationships, jobs, places we live, and what we put in and on our bodies. 

When I refer to it as our puzzles border, it is because I truly believe that your spiritual belief surrounds every other section of our life. If that is solid, then your foundation is set, and you can now build within that border. 

I am not here to tell you what to believe in. What I am saying is that if you want to solve your whole puzzle, this is the first one you need to be sure of.

You know the old saying, “If you have your health, you have everything”. We need to consider this as we build our physical puzzle. Not everyone is in great health. Some of you may have physical limitations already or were born with physical limitations. 

This puzzle is just as much about keeping your physical health at the best state possible, as it is working within any limitations you may have already, and keeping your system working at the highest level it can. 

Find the right balance in your physical health that will allow you to keep your body healthy, but still keep your stress at a minimum.

Our Mental Health directly affects our physical health. Keeping yourself in a balanced emotional state is crucial. This part of the puzzle can have the most complicated pieces, and usually the hardest to solve. 

We didn’t get to choose our parents, so how we were raised either gave us a great path to begin with or put us lost in the woods with no compass. Either way, when you come of age the responsibility is on you to control and direct your emotions. 

Our surroundings and who we surround ourselves with will play a great role in our mental puzzle. Decide what state feels the most comforting to you and allows you to be the most productive you can be on a daily basis.

We are going to meet thousands of people in our lifetime. Who we bring into our inner circle and how much influence they have over us is crucial. There is a balance between not enough people in your life and way too many. 

Making sure you choose the people in your life that align with the puzzle you are trying to solve is challenging. You also want to be able to help others solve their puzzles as well. Finding the right mix between giving and receiving can have a great learning curve. 

Understanding that monitoring how much input and output is involved in each relationship requires constant focus. Make sure you prioritize between family, friends, and associates. 

Giving of your time is like giving of your treasure, make sure you keep track of your balance sheet.

There is a line from “Whiskey Bottle” a song from the band Uncle Tupelo I love that goes, “Oh, I can’t forget the sound, cause it’s here to stay. The sound of people chasing money, and money getting away.” 

We live in a world that revolves mostly around money. Everything cost money. Unless we decide to live off the grid and from the land, we will have to create a budget to fit the lifestyle we desire. Most marriages do not end from infidelity, they mostly end due to financial stress. Financial stress causes problems in so many areas of our life. 

Deciding on what your financial puzzle looks like will be one of the hardest things you will decide. How much you need to make is determined by so many factors. Where you want to live, how you want to live, how much you wish to work, will all be tough choices. 

It gets harder when you become responsible for more than just yourself. Financial stress is the number one link to mental and physical issues. This puzzle will always require time, attention and sacrifice.
